the standard so far: 

in case you didn't already know -- it's hot! as i type these very words, sweat is building up in between my fingers. that's just weird.

i had a revelation last week: its amazing how the ink flow of your writing utensil can change how you feel about what you are writing. also, its amazing how the same thing affects your handwriting. what i've known for quite some time but have now come to a deeper understanding about is just how much i love my uni-ball vision pen. the ink flow is just amazing, and after using it i feel quite euphoric. if you don't believe me, try it out for yourself.

it was recently our five year anniversary! cheers to that! here is evidence that we do in fact wear more than flip flops on occasion:

other recent news is that two of the men in our house do nightly pushups. my favorite thing to do is suggest that they do more while i sip on my soda and kick my feet up. i also like to document their work. here is an exclusive photo of all three of the grant street men in action:

in closing, if you find yourself thirsty this week, i wouldn't recommend choosing milk.

the only thing that i did on friday was "vacate" the "ation". and i didn't feel one bit of guilt about it because i was simply observing the n + h special day.

futhermore, today we watched a waiter race in the pearl district. we didn't have our camera, but here is a shot of the 2005 waiter race champion.

this weekend has been spectacular!

furthermore, at midnight tonight we will be watching the great 1980 movie caddyshack at the bagdad theater. (in this case, "we" is neal, myself, and our sweet roommate!)
