Phone conversation

today i had the privilege of talking with adam who works at a company in LA called applied minds. i think the conversation went pretty good. i said some things that he seemed to like, and i dont think i said many things that he didn't like. sooooo... no real news yet except that there may be an opportunity for me there. not exactly sure. hopefully i'll hear something next week that will give me a better idea what may or may not happen.

On the dates of Monday February 11th - Friday Febuary 23rd we had an adventure of sorts that began with Hollye's grandfather passing away and ended with us snorkling with pretty fishes. The following chronicles the events that stitched these two events together in time.

Every 6 months or so, when I sign on to my current hotmail account, I find that I have missed innumerable e-mails from credit card companies, viagra manufacturers, and dear friends (sometimes all in the same e-mail). Therefore, effective 03/09/2007 I have a new e-mail address that I vow to check no less than 2 times weekly. I know that still sounds pretty terrible, but biweekly e-mail checkage represents a total paradigm shift in my life. It is tantamount to selling all of my possessions and giving the money to the poor.

i haven't been meaning to neglect all you faithful indo readers. really, i haven't!
its been a whirlwind around here. after an enjoyable trip to hawaii (thanks the beautiful wedding of my bro and new sis-in-law), work has come at me in full force. don't get me wrong... i'm not complaining. but as they say, "when it rains, it pours". (i think that's about the best way i can describe the last three weeks of my life). i've even had to neglect some personal things due to lack of time (including but not limited to... doing my daily watercolor painting and plucking my eyebrows).
