Made a few changes and I like 'em even better now! See updated recipe below.

Oh, YUM! Cookies

In a large bowl, mix:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbsp ground flax seed

In a medium bowl, mix:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 Tbsp. molasses
3 tsp. vanilla

Combine wet & dry ingredients.

Add:
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup pureed (or chopped) walnuts
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Put dough in 'frig for 20 minutes to cool.

Drop by Tablespoon-fulls onto lightly oiled baking sheet.

Bake at 350-degrees for 12–14 minutes.
